Wrapping up our Sunday School Mission Project
This school year, the Sunday School supported the Hearts for Jesus program, which was an opportunity to support the mission field in our own back yard: the Chicago/Rockford Lutheran schools. Collected funds are shared with select schools in high crime/low income neighborhoods that are struggling financially to continue to share the Gospel in their area.
May 19 was our last day to collect the offerings for this school year, so we will be sending in the funds soon. The total gift we will be sharing this year is $600! THANK YOU for helping us support this Lutheran school ministry!

Get ready for a mountaintop experience! Children will gather their gear and set out on an expedition to learn about our one true God. Shout it from the peak’s summit—with Him, it’s possible to scale any “mountain” that’s ahead.
